In the "Known Issues" section, are we supposed to write only technical issues, or can we put in-game issues as well?

I believe technical mainly... because it is kinda hard to fix a bug without the source

I'd say put in any issue. If a moderator or someone else decides to remove it later on they can.

I'm thinking that the King's Bounty in-game bugs that Lexor was pushing to get fixed would have been good to have listed in there and those were in-game issues.
