Karma's a b****, ain't it?
Can't say I'm sorry to see Linko90 outed from the forum staff.
For the record: It started when I posted a reasonable thought-out topic and request. Instead, Linko90 mocked my post just because I had the decency to refrain from watching some NSFW content. This type of unprofessional behavior I'd expect from forum trolls and bottom feeders, but having it come from one of the staff? SMH. Evidence is in the following link, post #12.

Then there's my post warning people about impending tyrannical censorship by an unholy alliance of the mainstream media and big government, which was (ironically) censored by the same. Surprisingly, other people on the forum who I typically see as being anti-censorship attacked me... for warning of impending censorship. If it happens, you all deserve what you get, okay? Don't say I didn't warn you.

And here's where it gets outright despicable bordering on malicious: where Linko90 blatantly lied and shut down one of my discussions (see post #12) to prevent a fact check and rebuttal:

Linko90: "The threads were locked for going off topic or not being within the rule set. Other users had adjusted to this rule perfectly well, for the most part."
Fact check: No, other users weren't adjusting to the rule and most of them were blatantly posting off-topic inflammatory trash intended to get my discussions locked. The way the "rules" were implemented and enforced makes no sense, as it allows misery-mongers to shut down anyone's thread by piling in and derailing it, especially with inflammatory content or trolling. In the end, it only empowers bullying and shuts down what could have (and should have) been a legitimate and productive discussion..
Linko90: "Additionally, your claims of me 'attacking your depression' are utterly false. I have done no such thing. "
My comment: "Ummm... what? I don't have depression, although this seems to suggest Linko90 having a brain freeze.
Linko90: "2) You're making serious claims with no examples, proof or reason. "
Fact check: Except I already posted the proof - see page 12 of https://www.gog.com/forum/general/cyberpunk_2077_why_cd_projekt_red_should_stop_pushing_the_bounds_of_mature_content/page1 - proof that showcases a staff moderator's unprofessional troll-like behavior
Excerpt from the 10 Commandments: "Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor." As you can see above, I take rigorous efforts to PROVE every accusation I make, and if there were any reservations or caveats I would present them honestly. Unlike Linko90 closing discussions on thoroughly false pretexts and ending them with unprofessional unproven accusations against the OP with no opportunity for a fair rebuttal.
---------------
From what I read, it appears the whole controversy that so far appears to have gotten Linko90 removed from GOG public relations and staff moderation started with some sort of unprofessional social media behavior that drew large amounts of condemnation and bad press.
Oh the irony. Earlier this year I called out Linko90 for his unprofessional behavior in 1 of those discussions mentioned earlier bordering on trolling. Turns out that in the real world, there are standards of professionalism to abide by (hurp durp THE RULES like what Linko90 loved to cite when locking my discussions) - and if you don't abide by them, you end up looking for another career.
What goes around comes around, and I wish Link90 good fortune in finding a new position elsewhere that doesn't involve social media, public relations, or forum moderation.
