It's not uncommon that a combination of letter will give you a page with "free" games. For example redeem/EnigmaticT will give you you 104 pages of free games, redeem/fables22 will give you Freedom Planet. Those codes don't really work though and the games can't be redeemed.

But back on topic, I just had wishlist notifications pop up for Oddworld Stranger's Wrath and Indiana Jones: The Emperor's Tomb (a.k.a. the non point&click Indiana Jones). So I think all the Oddworld games and Indiana Jones games are on sale now. Including those two titles that were added but without official announcement, unless I'm mistaken.

You can use "generic" quote tags like this (remove all spaces within each set of square braces:
[ quote ]Whatever you want to quote[ / quote ]
The result will look something like this: ...unless you try to put the quote tags on different lines than the text to be quoted, in which case it'll look a little odd: (Unfortunately, if you try to edit or reply to a post containing quotes used this way, the forum software will convert all such generic quotes to this format automatically, so you have change them back before posting if you don't want them to look a little dumb.)

You can also, if you want, combine such quote tags with a link, which is what I usually do when I quote from anywhere outside the specific thread I'm posting in (like I do in my "out of context" thread). I do it like so:
[ quote ][ url = https://bit.ly/2HIM5bE ]Seriously, just imagine something else more interesting here[ / url ][ / quote ]
...which should look something like: It's generally considered bad form to knowingly represent some content as coming from a specific post when it didn't -- even if the person whose post you're quoting actually did post that content elsewhere. It can come off as misrepresentation, putting words in someone's mouth. (I know you didn't intend any such thing, just giving you a heads-up.) Most acceptable exceptions tend to be comedic, such as "fixed that for you" jokes and the like.

That really does help. I was posting quickly so that's why I improvised but I will wait next time and think it over more. Also, linking to a post is half and half so that's why I made that call. Often when you click on the post link it takes you to the last page of that thread instead of taking you to the specific page where the quote was made. I learned that from the trading thread. I could be mistaken and the problem could be specific to that thread or just long lists/posts in general so it's just a hypothesis but I do notice that a lot of people tag their trading posts to make it easier to find.

The "linking directly to a specific post does not take one directly to the specified post" problem is Yet Another Forum Bug. Thankfully, 1.) it only affects very long threads, such as the general trading thread or the "What did just update" thread, and 2.) it should still take you to within a page or three of where the actual post lies, so you can still hunt down the post manually by checking the link's URL for the intended post number and comparing that with the post numbers on the page on which you landed. AFAIR, It should only take you to the last page of the thread if the post linked to was a recent one -- i.e., within a page or two of the end of the thread. Though I think it's been quite a while since I ran up against this bug, so it's possible some recent change to the forum software might have broken this even more than it used to be.

I don't even remember where I bookmarked this link from originally, but I'm pretty sure it was used by a Blue (maybe even Johny. himself).
Just be aware that you'll have to use a code to replace the "#" character in any URL you use this trick in; "& # 35 ;" (without any spaces...or the quotes, obviously :P ) should work.
