I've noticed after the Syndicate/Ultima Underworld giveaways were announced, my own old purchases of these games became refundable. I didn't ask for a refund, but I also noticed they aren't refundable now. Was this a configuration error on the site?

Probably. I think it was only meant for people who bought it when delisting was announced.

P.S. I also noticed it and didn't ask a refund.
