Hello everyone,

Just wanted to help a friend of mine, he has some issues while redeeming a code from an external website, GOG said the code is not the correct one, that's from the website, if he tries to redeem it from the launcher, somehow he gets a new window with the official website, and the game its still locked so he cant play.

"An external website" sounds like your friend's main problem here.

yep,seems like he kinda fucked it up but still seems weird to me, thay page normally works, guess he had bad luck today.
