Galaxy seems to be slowing my laptop right down when I use it and also failed to install pillars of eternity 2, so I am trying to install it offline and have some questions:

1- Im downloading the main files/content for the game, do I need to download all the “patches” at the same time as I download the main stuff? ( there are 4 patches in there too )
-should I just wait till the game is installed and check the patch # first to check if I need to patch? If yes and I need to do this - do I download them one at a time, or all at once? Again if hes do I move it ( or them all ) to a specific folder or will it automatically apply the patch once downloaded?

2- dlc stuff, there are 12 items there, I assume these are downloaded after and moved to the right folder? Or will it be automatic?

Cant find any info on the site, please help.

1-To the right of the name of the game´s files, the ones you click to download, should appear the version of the game. If the version of the game is higher or equal to the version of the patches, don´t install the patches.

2-In the first Pillars of eternity, the DLCs have also to be installed, like the main game. The DLC´s are installed in the game´s folder automatically.

(Damn. Now I´m having doubts because it has been a while since I have installed a game with DLC´s. But I never found any problem).

Thanks a ton! The game seems to be installing the most updated version.

Ill have to see if the dlcs install automatically or need to be moved to a specific folder in the game files when I get to them.

You need all 7 parts of the offline installer, plus all the files under DLC installers. Then store them all in one folder, run sertup pillars 2 exe and let that install somewhere. Then run each of the DLC exes and these will automatically install in the right area. The main files and DLC will always be the latest, and you only need the patch files if you have a previous version.
