It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Hi, I was wondering if any other MacOS (11.5.2) users were running into warnings about invalid security certificates when trying to access gog.com or Galaxy? I've tried Safari, Firefox, and Chrome, and keep getting the same warning, and Galaxy seems cut off from updates and cloud saves. Even weirder, images fail to load in any emails I receive from gog.com as well. While I normally use a VPN (ProtonVPN), these issues also occur with it turned off.

Curiously enough, I do _not_ experience any of these invalid cert warnings or connection issues when on Windows 10. No web browser problems, and Galaxy works without a hitch.

This has been going on for at least a few weeks now, and I have no idea why it would be apparently OS-specific. Any ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated.
No such thing here, but I'm not on 11.5.2, so either it's specific to that version, or something else going on with your Mac that the Windows machine doesn't have.

You're welcome. That rules out the problem being a general Mac thing, considering I'm on a Mac and don't have that issue. This is called "the process of elimination," in case you weren't aware. So now it's down to figuring out if it's machine-specific, or something about 11.5.2.
Chiming in, no problems when accessing GOG from an older Mac with 10.14.6.
I'm using 11.5.2 with Chrome and I am not having issues (I don't use Galaxy).

SOLVED: So, yes, it turned out to be an issue with my network configuration. I've been doing contract work for a company that required the installation of Cisco AnyConnect (their VPN software). After uninstalling the VPN application everything's fine -- no security certification warnings, images load, and Galaxy works again.

Sheesh, guess which brand of networking equipment I'll be avoiding like the plague...
