I got my receipt, money was charged, but I didn't get anything new to my library. I though that maybe I got a dupe, but I don't even know how I can check if I did get a game I can gift to another.

Please check if the email for the mystery game did not land in your spam filter.

When you buy a game, you get a separate email that sends you a code for the mystery game that you've unlocked :)
