I'm been trying to refund Cyberpunk 2077 I even uninstalled the game, I don't understand why this takes so much time for a refund, is this always like this?

Yeah, because they wouldn't be incredibly busy with the release of the biggest game of the year, or the fact that they're hammered due to the coronavirus.
