It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

Not 100 per cent but I think this might be windows 10 related - anyway it's refusing to install or launch (refused to launch old install refuses to install any others too) Attached snip of the error message. Any ideas please?

It seems you don't have permission to run the application with standard user rights. Try right-clicking on the installer and pick "Run as administrator" option.

A quick google agrees with that.

Refuses to work.
All it needs to do now is get drunk, become a white supremacist, and we can start calling it my Uncle Todd.
Thanks for the replies - sadly didn't work - reran installation as administrator got same error message and then ran installed version as admin. Attached message below.

I think it's related to this:

But I couldn't really work out what there solution meant and I couldn't find the correct registry entries. I think it's to do with Windows 10 installing over the top of 7 - my wife was fooled by the red x to install thing a while ago...

Your issue is all about the permission. When you update to Windows 10 over the top of previous version of Windows it creates a default user with Standard Right, as far as I know.

Next tip might help you: there is Security tab in Properties option; look there and see if your user has Full control permission of that installer file.

Have you tried installing in a different location like C:\galaxy or something?

Another common cause is your AV interfering.
