Nono, the one I had was just a demo of Dark Forces. It was this collection.

But I'm loving the "doom clone/doom game" description :D. I used that for so long in the 90s and early 2000s, until I seriously pissed off someone by calling Half-Life a Doom Clone.
What I remember of Dark Forces was quite nice, though, so thank you for this, ladystrange!

Mine was a demo too, the first 3 levels, up to the sewers with those eyeball squids hiding in the sludge.

Doom clone is still a pretty accurate label for keyboard shooters where everything except the walls is a 2D sprite, so I can imagine Half Life fans taking that as a slight :o
