There's no real point in posting the D2D twitter contests because they always go for the first X answers. Which means that by the time it's posted here, someone has already won it. So what's the point in posting a competition that's already over?
You may as well just follow D2D on Twitter and look out for the contest then using some form of client or whatever (so you don't have to keep refreshing the site).
That said, for longer running contests, we could probably do with a thread just for those.
