Just wanted to let you know that we are working on solving this issue as soon as possible. From our observations this bug is connected only to Fallout, other titles are not affected.

Please rest assured that no matter what nobody will loose anything from their account! At the same time please accept my apologies as this is unacceptable situation (we are all aware of this!), and thank you very much for your understanding and patience.

EDIT:
As a side note, in parallel to supporting and fixing current one we are working on brand new My Account section. Obviously it will have all the bugs ironed out + together with it we will be introducing new section called Order History (which will allow you to keep track of your past purchases).
