I just bought this game and i am new to this site. Does anyone know where i can download the manuals. Thank you

On top of the screen hover over your username (next to "Support") and in the drop-down menu click on "Games", this will take you to your library.

Once there you should see game cards for, in your case, the 8 titles contained within the archives collection, Vol. 2:

Pool of Radiance
Curse of the Azure Bonds
Hillsfar
Secret of the Silver Blades
Pools of Darkness
Gateway to the Savage Frontier
Treasures of the Savage Frontier
Forgotten Realms Unlimited Adventures

Simply click on each individual game card to show its contents - like the manuals under "Extras".

What do you see if you click on e.g. Pool of Radiance?

I see a window on which on the right side it says "Extras" which includes "Pool of Radiance manual" among other things.

All the manuals are there. Like Swedrami and RyaReisender have said: they are on each individual game's download page, under "Extras".
