im interested in buying divinity original sin 2 is it anything like the elder scrolls or world of warcraft can you use magic is there a chat

Gameplay wise, not like Elder Scrolls, nor WoW. Turn-based tactical combat.
Imma say story/tone is more like WoW, but I haven't actually played WoW. It's whimsical.
There IS magic.
There is NO chat since it's not an MMO. But there IS Co-op. I dunno about online co-op, but probably.
It is also extremely highly praised/rated all around. The one negative I saw was something about the physical/magic armor system.
Watch some vids online.
