Greetings, can someone please tell how much data I need for download (approx) for PC? I do have data usage limit on my internet provider and size of this game package seems IS a problem. Is first downloaded "base" game and only after this is done, it will load patched files, OR are for new installation downloaded patched game files in one go?

It depends if you download via Galaxy or the offline installer.

The offline installer contains all the language and therefore is around 100GB

The Galaxy version only download you current language and is around 60GB (note: 60GB is the installed size, the actual download might be slightly smaller)
