A journey into psychosis.

Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice a stunning adventure into a shattered mind, is coming soon, DRM-free, to GOG.com.

From Ninja Theory, the creators of DmC: Devil May Cry, Heavenly Sword, and Enslaved: Odyssey to the West, comes Hellblade: Senua's Sacrifice – a haunting tale of Senua, a celtic warrior struggling with trauma and psychosis. It's a completely independent title that may surprise you in more than one way.

This would be interesting, but the screenshots and trailer are sorely lacking. I would really like to see some actual gameplay.
It looks amazing, and it also looks like I'll need a new graphic card. And then let's play Java Fabled Lands and SSI Gold Box rpgs all day anyway! :P
Anyway, it's really nice to see more new AAA titles, this kind of games combined with the new Galaxy software that is going to be released this month are going to change the game. I want GOG to be the new mainstream platform.
DRM free, quality selection, indie and expensive productions, oldies and new stuff and an optional client that can finally do all the cool stuff. And now, we'll conquer the world! :D

EDIT I am curious about the runes that could be seen in air during the battles. I am on my mobile connection but as I can use my fibre connection I am going to watch some gameplay.

Interesting game, but why can't they release it for Linux? It's using Unreal Engine 4.
I was kinda divided on getting this game when I saw it on Steam, seeing it pop up on GOG puts it over the line, it has now moved from the "Meh, maybe" list to the "Yeah, I'm buying that" one.
Absolutely delightfully wishlisted :)
low rated
Very cool. One of the few games you read about in previews and think hmm, that´s a shame I´ll probably not gonna be able to play it in the near future and now we will be!
Very, very nice.
Looks like good stuff for fans of the genre.
and then you look back at the talent behind the ME Andromeda faces... [facepalm]
Welcome to GOG, Ninja Theory.

thanos2016: and then you look back at the talent behind the ME Andromeda faces... [facepalm]
...and you find out that the faces in all the MEA trailers looked just as excellent as the single one in all the Hellblade trailers. Huh. Strange. You'd almost think trailers never show the actual game. :)

When Hellblade supplies ample configuration options for the main character's face, including two genders, or animates at least four dozen completely different characters in their actual game, we can compare and contrast to MEA. If not, then not. :)

Sigh. I'm STILL waiting for Cyberpunk 2077 to buy that new PC even though Hellblade will never ever run on my present rig. :|

Looks nice and interesting - wishlisted.
English only?
If is an indie game, I can not request multilanguage voiceovers and Linux version, but at least I can request multilanguage subtitles and interface.
Literally no gameplay presented on the store page for this game. Why?
Also: I heard that this should be story driven.... good. GOG is in desperate need of story driven games who don't feel like a chore to play.

OMG, So hyped for this game. I've been following their developer diaries and it seems like it's going to be a unique experiance.
Good to see it on GoG
