Lin545: Do you need to add members? I thought you just "Start conversation" over forum avatar of the person you want to contact.

ZaineH: And if that doesn't work? I've tried two different browsers and an account refresh to no effect.
Then I recommend you and phaolo send a ticket to Support with as much info as necessary so we can take a look at this problem :)
