My game installation stalls before completion. When I try to reach support as soon as I enter the game title it brings up useful hints and articles which are of NO USE..

It is very frustrating to be stuck in this loop without ever reaching actual support.

Is there any way to actually reach technical support for game installation problems?

Have you tried "Contact us"? It should be somewhere below all the other stuff.

1. Hover the mouse over the Support menu at the top and choose Game technical issues.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and click the Contact us button.
3. Select Game technical issues near the top and fill out the rest of the support form.

If directions for providing a system report fail to display, press Windows logo + R, type dxdiag and press Enter. Click the Save All Information button to save the DxDiag.txt file. If you're on Mac or Linux, I don't know what kind of system report the form expects.

Thanks, but as soon as I enter the required subject field (which is the game name) it reverts to the useful tips and articles.
At the bottom of the useful information I click that this was not helpful and request support. But this takes me back to the form. And the subject line in the form goes right back to the tips. So I am stuck in an endless loop.

I just see a few links to suggested articles. I don't have to click any of them.

• If you use Firefox, click the shield icon to the left of the address bar and make sure Enhanced Tracking Protection is disabled for the site (otherwise gogsupport.zendesk.com gets blocked)
• Check the top right corner of the page and make sure you're logged in.
• If the problem persists, try a different browser, preferably with default settings and no add-ons.

If all else fails, just send an e-mail to support (at) gog (dot) com
