Hi, after downloading 59 gb game is playable but i cant find where to download first day patch, when i hit chech fo updates
nothing happens.

If you're using Galaxy, autoupdates are possibly enabled and the client might have patched it already? If, on the other hand, you're using offline installers, the one you downloaded might already have been up-to-date as well. I don't have Cyberpunk myself (which I assume this question is about, even though it was posted in GOG's General Discussion forum), so I can't check myself, unfortunately.

Cyberpunk 2077 installer is already 1.03, so it incorporates the day 1 patch from the get-go.
