Have you bought No Man's Sky in gog? The update is free. Perhaps you should wait just a bit for it. Sometimes Steam receives update versions before gog :/

Update is already live on Galaxy, same time as Steam. The 1.31 bug fix update was psuhed live today on Galaxy. Standalone installers may or may not be updated yet. These are usually slow as GOG has to manually package them.
