Need a little help,

At this points its completely ridiculous - last night decided to do the download for cyberpunk and get ready for today.

Upon opening the app on the desktop and entering my email GOG claimed my password was wrong, so i naturally reset the password.
No matter what i did it continued with "wrong password" even after successfully resetting my password. This repeated itself 7 times before i gave up.
Went to try again this morning and still not luck so lodged a ticket, got the standard Covid response so not helpful and waiting for a proper answer.

Somewhere in between the 9 hours that have passed since this morning my email is now showing as "email not found". So now apparently my account is completely gone despite having a slog of emails from last night + all my purchase history, to that account and my designated user name.

Even now i had to create a second account to lodge this post but when i went to change my user name, my other accounts name is still active but doesn't exist...


I've googled similiar results and found some of the same problems from 4, 5, 6 years ago but never the incorrect password problem.

is any body actually able to help?

GOG's servers are under quite the load right now. Understandably.
So I'd advice patience while you read through GOG' support page (where you also can file a ticket);

When they do get to you, they are always very helpful, and will surely solve your issue forthwith.

Like I said it's not even that now, my account is non existent. So I've been through all the guides via the website and this scenario isn't even remotely close to any FAQ the website has.

The ticket is open and has been open for over 48 hours now with hint of a response.

Understand completely that their servers are under strain atm due to CP2077 but I'm. Able to generate a new account no worries and post issues with effort.

I've got all my cloud saves from all their games plus my entire games list attached that account and now it can't even be located by a password reset.

The stress is rather annoying at this point, I've never in 20 years of gaming encountered such an issue as to my entire account evaporating into thin air.
