The update from 1.4.0.525 to 1.4.0.525(a) looks to have added goggame-1454587428.[hashdb|info] files for the various supported languages.

From another thread about it, a few ones lower than this 1 at the time of this post:
"It’s most likely the same patch that Xbox and PlayStation and PC’s got; I believe it has something to do with advertising and domain ownership updates. Not too sure though."

That it's most likely not content related.
Could have something to do with server checks for online stuff as far as it's in there.
