I just was sorting through my GOG games and noticed that Fallout 2 and Tactics are missing. I had picked them up during the 48-hour period in which they were free before getting pulled from GOG, and IIRC the announcement said that the installers/extras would continue to be available to anyone who had them in their account before GOG stopped selling them. Has this changed? It's not a huge deal as I had already backed up the installers, but I'd like to know why they've disappeared as it makes me worry that other games, such as the ones I recently bought during the Last Chance promo in August, may do so as well.

(I'm not sure why I still have the original Fallout, but I'm guessing that it's because I had already owned it prior to the giveaway.)

I can assure you that Fallout 2 and Tactics has not disappeared from the GOG shelf if already purchased prior to the free last minute giveaway. I see no reason to be worried about other games.

Perhaps, but I'm still curious why they disappeared in the first place. I went back and checked, and GOG mentioned at least twice that you would continue to be able to access them in your library with no distinction made for copies obtained in the giveaway:

Are you sure you don't have them hidden? Bottom right of your shelf: 'Show hidden games'. It's worth a shot.

No dice. I've never hidden a game until just now (I didn't see "Show hidden games" anywhere, so I tried hiding one, which made it appear), and the account refresh had no effect. Thanks for the suggestions, though.

GOG should be able to just flag them on your account from the admin side and make them appear again.

I cant download my Fallout tactics game, the biggest 1,5GB file is stucked at 1.3GB

I hate to revive a old thread but I am having the same problem.
My Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics have disappeared off my shelf so I contacted gog.com support a over a week ago and the issue still hasn't been resolved.

Same problem for me too.

Yep, both games are no longer visible on either my account or the galaxy client. I've tried an account refresh and have made sure nothing's hidden. Emailed support a couple of days ago.

This has been a problem plaguing quite a few gog.com users over the last few months.

I can still see them in my account, so the problem is not universal. I have no idea what causes it though.

It's been over 8 weeks now since I reported the problem and I still haven't been given back my games yet =(
