I just bought Rome and I'm wondering if there is a key code to register the game on the Paradox plaza forum. Without that I can't access the mod forum.

Yup, I have the same question.

For anyone interested in this topic, I asked the support about it.

Here's their answer:

>>Our version of the game is DRM Free and doesn't require a CD key to work. This is why we are not providing one.<<

Then I asked about Mount and Blade: Warband having a CD key (because it just has one and I bought it at the same time), so they answered:

>>Mount & Blade: Warband requires a key for multiplayer, this is the only time we provide them unless the Publisher requests that we provide the key because of some other reason, like to create an account on their website, this was not the case with Paradox titles.<<

So, no CD key, no game registration at paradoxplaza but I noticed the access to the game's modding section doesn't require it to be registered there.

You guys might want to mention it to Paradox. I'm sure they don't want their legitimate users to be excluded from their community.
