I didn't find any similar problem in this forum so here it goes :

When I try to launch EE1, the splash screen appears and the game instantly crashes, leaving with the Win7 message saying that the application crashed.

My system :
Windows 7 64bit
AMD Radeon HD4850
DirectX11
AMD Athlon64 X2 3Ghz (not sure about the frequency)

I didn't find where the configuration files are, so I haven't tried to tweak the game settings yet, but if anyone has a clue, I'm very interested :)
