elfuzzilito: I only get the title banner and then "Empire Earth.exe has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly...blah blah blah." Don't even make it to the intro video.
I'm running Win7 64 bit, which others have said works fine with this game. Works fine on my XP machine.
Video card is Radeon HD 4890. Tried updating the video driver.
Also tried Win 2000 and XP compatibility.
Please help.

If you still can't get it working, I'd recommend sending in a ticket to support.
