Status bar gets to about 3/4 full circle when launching first level for campaign. I put settings at lowest but no change, initial detect was medium/high. If I double click the hung load screen it crashes. How long does it normally take? I waited about a minute or two but would think double clicking on the screen wouldn't crash the game even if it was still loading. Error log:

Not sure if that is normal.

Tested 1.63, started campaign with a Win7 16 GB RAM machine. Start takes about 5-8 seconds

Have you tried reinstalling the game? If a simple reinstall fails, try redownloading the setup file, then reinstall.

BTW, playing New Horizons campaign is far more fun anyway :)

I have tried installing and patching on a couple of different Radeon computers, all with the same result or rather, lack of results and the log shows the same missing files.
