In the "Character" Options there is "look Left/Right" what the game doesn't tell you is this is actually also (I presume used on console, since '76 on the PSP has a " Switch Target" button.) the input for switching targets left/right when locked on.
This makes firing from a car easier. (Since the game will usually lock onto whatever target is closest to the center of the screen and you can't really easily rotate the camera in a car the same as when you're on-foot.), so this will make drive-by shooting a bit easier since you now have two inputs for switching the target left/right when aiming while driving. (I usually bind them to Z and X and rebind the Jukebox keys to somewhere else, these keys also don't move the camera while in a vehicle.)
It's small but it can help in combat missions if TK keeps targeting the wrong vehicle on you, I don't really see this mentioned anywhere so I figured I'd mention it here.
