My laptop is only about a year and a half old but i still can't afford to build my PC yet so i wanted to try running it on my laptop, the only requirement that it doesnt fit on the specs is that it needs 256 mb of dedicated video RAM but i only have 128 will it really be a problem? i have played smaller games on here like kotor 1 without issue if not for a few infrequent crashes, but thats to be expected from an old game. i dont want it to mess up my laptop though as i need it for work.

Kotor 1 is very old game with blur texturs. If your crashes with kotor were due to graphic card it will be a pain for it to deal with in Dragon age. You may try to turn on swap files, but it is a pretty heavy load for a hard drive, and game will shutter often because of Ram<>Vram transition. Sorry for bad English.
