Garran: It looks like the German version is available now. (The DLC installer is still listed as being English, but since it's only providing a skin and a map, it's probably language-neutral.)
I just installed it 5 minutes ago on top of the German version and everything is working so far...except for my not knowing all that much German :D
The French and Russian languages should be showing up in a bit.
