I see the stickies that tell me to download it, but it provides no link for it.

Where do I get it?

The "here" at the end of the line that says to download it is a link to a thread with the definitive collection links.

I may be confused because I'm not seeing links. Are they the things that end with .msn? If so it's not working.

I'm not sure what things you're seeing that end with .msn...there should be links in the post with little dots underneath them. Each separate one should be a download of a different part of the Definitive Collection.

If you need any more help let me know :)
