TheSymphony: I have the Anthology Edition, and do not use Galaxy. My offline downloads are not showing the new Exile DLC download... However, the store page for the Anthology Edition does confirm that the new DLC should be included with it.
Please try refreshing your account as the Exile has been added to the Anthology Edition but the change might not be visible on your end.
