just downloaded the german version of the game.
But it seems the Child Protection was automatically turned on.
I just can't turn it off. There seems to be a password, which is required?

Does anybody knows, how I can turn it off?

IIRC, in the German version of the manual there are instructions on how to turn on the gore.

mangar666: Thanks! On GOG.com there's only the english manual. But no problem. Just decided to play the english version. So, problem solved.
FYI, the German version of the manual is included with German installer. You can find a link to it in the Start menu for the game.
