Yesterday I bought Battle Isle Platinum and I've felt this is my kind of a game.

Does anyone know other games of such setting, i.e. turn-based, hexagon or square or something else, war-game or tactics or strategy, with robots/mechas/futuristic weapons, maybe with different factions/races? Turn-based Total Annihilation would be perfect! :)

I also have M.A.X/M.A.X 2 and enjoy them a lot. Cyberstorm and Cyberstorm 2 I can't make to work under my Windows 7 (I can start the game but I can't save it).

You might want to grab the (freeware for the last 4 or 5 years) game Titans of Steel: Warring Suns from Vicious Byte. It is a turn-based Battletech-like game...a strategy +RPG hybrid.
