DieRuhe: Thought this sounded great; just bought it. I love slow, micro-managing games, but...

Hate to sound stupid, but is there no tutorial or anything? I started on "easy", and there are people wandering around, doing things, building things, with no input from me. Can't build this, can't build that... is there nothing that tells you how to approach this game?
