Two questions:

- are you trying to run any mods?
- did you use game shortcut or tried to launch ArmA directly?

Pejorative: 6: Went to "D:\Games\ArmA 2" and started "arma2OA.exe" (admin mode), but the same error message appeared.

Stuck right now... Didn't install any mods
Do not use .exe file directly. Shortcut has switches which might be necessary for the game to run.
