KISSMAD: Do I have to complete the Renegades campaign before I can select the Guardians campaign?

I've done the first 5 Renegades campaigns and then installed the offline Guardians campaign. When I select the Guardians campaign, nothing happens.
Please make sure you have updated the base game first if you are using the offline installers as the main game was updated when we put up the offline Guardians DLC installers.
