uchristensen Currently bundle items such as [b]Sword of the Stars: Gold Edition[/b], [b]Omerta: City of Gangsters Gold Edition[/b] and [b]Republique Deluxe Edition[/b] are not marked as owned on a user's account if they purchase the base game and the DLCs separately. This should be fixed ASAP. This is both an issue for completeness and for any random draw promos such as the recent Indie Pinata and pick X promos, where the user will be forced to receive a duplicate.

SargonAelther Agreed, Steam handles this way better. If I already own everything in a bundle, mark it as owned. If I own some items in a bundle, discount said bundle.
It also goes the other way around. Sometimes buying a bundle marks the bundle as owned, but not the base game or its DLC. This really needs to be sorted out.

Hakuso3 This drives me nuts.
Most of my recommendations from GOG are for games and DLC I already own sold in a bundle.
If we have everything in that bundle, just mark it as owned, stop trying to sell us things we already bought and your "recommended" list might actually drive sales better were it not packed with content we already purchased.
Shambhala I really need this, It is hard to keep track of things without it
PromZA I really wish GoG would do this. It's annoying when a complete edition is not marked as owned despite having purchased all components or even an upgrade. Then there's the issue of having to repurchase games in bundles simply because you haven't purchased the complete edition from the start. Probably why GoG no longer wants to offer these instead of fixing the real problem.
