maxskill I still have quake2 and the mission packs I even keep an old Pentium pro 200 workstation with a voodoo2 card it in just to play this game. But I would gladly buy it from GOG just to have it in my catalog

tjbaxter Quake II is a must... great FPS gameplay, big bosses, awesome multiplayer, atmospheric levels/audio, possibly id's best FPS game. This game really needs a DRM-free release.

edem Sadly there is no version of Quake II which comes with music + expansion packs *and* is working without the need of a lot of wtf-ing and configuration. To top it all there is a version on Steam but it is bugged. So please create good release which works *and* with music!
mkell_226 I've had several copies pass through my hands over the years. I don't currently have one, but I do get a hankerin' for it sometimes. I'd absolutely buy it here, and it absolutely *deserves* to be here! Release the Quad Pack!!!

Zumbi C'mon id software and gog! This is my favourite game of my childhood. Still keeping my fingers crossed, but these days I must be a pessimist to beat Quake II again on hard difficulty without godmode ^^

Hicks233 They removed the disc check with patch 3.20 years ago. A drm free re-release - particularly with the number of graphical overhauls that have been released and are in development it would be a prime time to see it up on gog.
