Use already-downloaded installers (Backups) to install, instead of redownloading them

When you install, Galaxy deletes the installers. Then when you "get Backup and Extras" it has to redownload them again. But it is the same if you first "get Backup and extras": Galaxy gets the installers and keep them, but then when you "Install" it re-downloads the installers instead of using the ones it keeps for backups !

I have a separate hard drive for GOG-installers, it would be nice to be able to have an option to select installer-file instead of being forced to download.
