I have an interesting thought experiment for you: what if the developers had ORIGINALLY intended for Delphi to be wearing her silk shift, and had ORIGINALLY intended for the in-game blood to be green? Would you be so morally outraged?

I, too, have no problems with the changes they made to the game, as they detracts nothing from the overall experience.

I just laugh at all the nerd rage over such petty things. Our freedoms are being eroded, but this is such a negligible part of it that it's not even worth the time I'm taking to write about it. Blood, gore, nudity and sex are so widely available in other venues that I cannot comprehend why anyone would hulk out over something like this, which usually has more to do with aesthetic decisions and marketing than Big Evil Government controlling our thoughts.

I remember in my original copy of Giants you could remove the censorship on Delphi (the bra) just by deleting one tiny file from the install directory.

Does this still work in this version?

skizelo: In the UK we got the censored version. I can see why they did it, because no one wants Wal*Mart's hassle, but it's infuriating that they had to put a wonderbra on a water nymph.
I think the whole "games as art" thing will be won when a developer can have a naked character without a following media circus.

I'm 36 and I like female breasts. I know it's wrong and I am fighting the urge everyday. But it's an uphill battle:-D
