I noticed that the hours on Cyberpunk 2077 doesn't show correctly from Steam. All over games I have installed show correct hours, everything is synced.

Any suggestions?

The playtime is not only wrong on steam. It seems, the game itself stops counting, until you finish the main story. In my case it was 71 hrs. I played cyberpunk a way longer, finishing all optional missions and oibjectives, leaving a total playtime of 116 hrs, displayed in the platform playnite. Although I miss 20 hrs of playtime that seemed not recorded.
