File this under "Make tons of money fast". Kuma Games, those guys that do those Army games based on news stories that happened a few days ago (that's probably why the maps are so... bland) and The Kill Point episodic games are back with a new game... in a pirate sim. So you play either as a crew member of a ship or the pirates. I hope there's going to be DLC, so I can play as a SEAL team member, sniping three Somali pirates and saving a captain. Much better than fantasizing about it while watching CNN.
I can hardly wait for the next gritty real-world game, Swine Flu Saga. Or School Shootouts In America. Or Six Days in Fallu--wait.

games based on current events are cool as long as they are good games, and not just attempts to cash in on those events. otherwise it just turns into a gimmick.
