Risen - DRM Free and $5.00 on Gamersgate. I wish it were here.

I agree. Does anyone else deal exclusively with GOG.com? I know about Steam (I do have a Steam account, but I don't buy games there), Gamersgate, Greenman gaming, etc. but I just find it easier to just buy games from GOG. I also have a pretty weak pc so I can't play a lot of the new releases.

Am I the only one?

Outside of bundles, I buy mainly from here and Desura. I was going to sign up for Gamer's Gate, but after the 15% IGN fiasco, I decided it wasn't worth it. Thankfully I didn't sign up for IGN for that a couple days before.

I can find plenty of games I like between my other sources.
I have a finger in every pie as long as it's DRM and download manager free.
I say why limit yourself to only one client / store - I can't understand the mentality of those who are "Steam / GOG / (insert store here) only or GTFO"

I buy from Amazon / Steam / GOG / Greenman Gaming / Impulse / Direct from Developer / Origin / Gamer's Gate / Desura / insert plethora of others that aren't coming to mind at the moment...

Buy from where ever the games you want are cheapest... competition is a GOOD thing :P

I won't lie, it's because I literally get confused about what I've purchased between the stores I actually use.
Oh - I just bought it on Gamersgate as I have been wanting to play this game for a very long time. I just wish it was here. I like to keep my eggs in one basket if possible - As Orc says it gets confusing - especially for us "old" folks ;-)

That's fair enough I guess... but with keys being tied to Steam / uPlay / Origin accounts (regardless of where the game is purchased... even retail) I feel that this is becoming less of an issue.

Unless your stand is completely anti-DRM - which I can respect.

Personally I keep an email folder for all my purchases and keys... let's me see where I bought my games from.

^ Yes - DRM Free - I do have a Steam Account for the occasional necessity (Skyrim)
Wishlist.

The original Gothic is still owned by the Piranha folks right?
Don't know what's taking them so long.
My magic 8 ball tells me: "Yes." So I can only assume it will be here Lou. The magic 8 ball never lies. I do agree with you, this is a game that should be added to GOG, and I really do think will be one day. In the meantime, have fun playing it! :D
