Tinabeans: It's awesome to see such a well-manned list of awesome Kickstarter projects! Seeing my project listed there is freaking awesome too! ^.^ I need to hit the hay, but I'm totally having a flick through when I wake up! Are all of them DRM-free?

If you've any questions about Predestination, feel free to shoot them my way on the forum page!

My best,

Tina, Project Manager
Welcome...we all have lowyhong to thank for his tireless efforts starting, and maintaining this thread, and numerous other members constantly on the watch, and posting here. As this is GOG, many of us gravitate towards DRM-free games (nice to see you're on board that train with Predestination), but we also have plenty of members that use Steam *booo-hissss* ;-) j/k, and the like, and I myself have even played store bought retail games with disc check (what can I say, I'm a bad boy rebel). Personally, I think it's always nice to see some new Space genre games in development, and will be following your KS closely :)

Indie graphic novels are always good. I'm still a bit disappointed I missed Season's End, that one looked interesting.

Also, Limit Theory looks really cool. I also like that the developer, Josh Parnell, seems really into it. I hate Kickstarter pitch videos where the developers seem bored or just not passionate about their project.
Here's an interesting piece of gaming hardware: A joystick with programmable buttons meant to replace the keyboard for first person games. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/matterdaddy/wasdiotm-the-pc-game-controller-for-action-games/?ref=kicktraq

EDIT: More:
-Bloom, an action RPG. The art looks absolutely beautiful, and the world seems interesting. Check out the updates for more info about gameplay. I think they're suffering from both a lack of exposure and having no prototype, but I still really hope it makes it. http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1376061185/bloom-3/?ref=kicktraq

So it seems I am here to advocat more unusual Kickstarter projects lately:

http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1299423713/shes-beautiful-when-shes-angry?ref=users

A documentary about the womens liberations movement in the 1960's.

Runs for four more days, still needs roughly 23k.

I think this is a worthwhile projects and we can show that we care about more than boobs in games ;) (no offense meant to the ladies around here)

Cheers

PaulDenton

P.S.: Even if you can't donate, but like the cause... spread the word :)

If you like good art, then might I mention Arcana Agency again?

I really hope people look at our "demo," as it has plenty more illustrations than are on the project page. I continue to be surprised by the quality (especially in environmental shots) that we got from our artists.

Also, like Tinabeans said, it's great seeing our project on such a well-maintained list. I'm glad there's a community here for this sort of thing, including non-videogame projects.

Well there are quite a few tabletop RPG fans around here, including myself (though I'm a newfag) ;)
Updated the latest additions post. Too tired to update OP now, but will do it later.
For the people worried with Maia, with the help of a TotalBiscuit video, the pledges in the last 12h jumped more than 20K and now only less then 5K remains to get funded with 3 days to go

With Shadowgate also out of the hook, only Spud's Quest and Sui Generis remains of this week ending KSs who are needing help to get funded.
Has this been mentioned? SportsFriends - http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/gutefabrik/sportsfriends-featuring-johann-sebastian-joust?ref=live

4 local multiplayer games for PS3, PC, Mac and Linux

Johann Sebastian Joust
BaraBariBall
Super Pole Riders

Might be to multiplayer centric. I am not to worried about these also, they will get released anyway, I think, not quit sure why they are doing a KS...
