I think that it is fine, and actually nice that there is non-gaming relevant discussions, and the header tends to give a fair warning, as such.
As to OP, I would agree that the result is not highly appealing, and Duchess of Alba is fortunate to be rich and well born, lest she be ridiculed.
However, let it be added that there are also certainly a number of men in entertainement industry who have not done themselves any favors with the scalpel.
One might debate in the context the larger issue of society putting unduly high value on beauty, compared with for example compassion, competence, hard work etc. After all, studies have shown that beautiful persons get on average paid more than their plainer colleagues.
