GOG doesn't have any regional restrictions, so you should be able to buy from China (unless your government blocks it).

Wasn't suggesting they were, more saying that if anyone stops you it's definitely not GOG.

Welcome to GOG. Does Paypal available on China ? I think as long you have China credit/debit card that can be linked to paypal account, you are good to go. Though, I don't know if there is any restriction for paypal in your country.
