vrmlbasic: Impossible Creatures was cool. I remember beating the demo time and time again, but I never got to own it. I almost downloaded one of the games on GOG with "creature" in the title, thinking it was this.

Freelancer is a classic, my friends and I still have old CDs (signed by Jennifer Hale, aka Jun'ko Zane) and play it LAN with the Discovery mod (new systems, smarter AI, widescreen support) quite often.

Licurg: Impossible Creatures, the full version, is cooler that the demo and ever more so with the (free) expansion pack, that add tons of insects. Remember to vote for the others as well.
Unfortunately, it's published by Microsoft, so good luck getting them to sign on with GOG.
Albion. I like Albion.

The First-person parts seemed really unnecessary, but overall, great game.

Remember when we thought a proper wishlist would end those threads?

Maybe we should install a steam forums moderator dictatorship for a couple of weeks with remorseless closing, crushing and banning those threads....

I remember the last time germans wanted a dictatorship, and it ended badly.

Goes anyone working for GOG actually look at the wishlist?

Of course, I don't suppose they look at these threads, either.
I have never heard of Impossible Creatures, but there is a tiger-headed scorpion on the cover, I want it.

Impossible Creatures is a game where you create your own units by combining any 2 animals you want. You can make a large scorpion with the head of a tiger, or you can make a giant chimp with the head of a whale, or any combinations you want. And all those combinations are fully modifiable, so you can choose each body part individually.

That sounds amazing, I would love to check that out

I don't remember Homeworld 2 fondly...

I remember kind of enjoying Homeworld 1, but that was a LONG time ago. Why isn't that on GOG?
Because THQ (the IP holders, not Relic) have not let them, there is also Sierra who hold some rights over the Homeworld IP.
