That always drove me crazy seeing him like that.
OH...I did a google on this for shits and giggles. Found several articles but this one has a lot of the names being tossed around in here.

Yeah, I already assumed something like that because I've probably seen EVERYTHING in the game. Still - what's that monster? Where does it come from? From an earlier RE game?

Aaaah... haven't played the earlier games much, mainly RE4 and RE5, have heard the guy mentioned on multiple occasions, though. Also I think his monster form makes an appearance in Operation Raccoon City.

Does he look scary though. Resident Evil's monster before 4 were so iconic Capcom will never top it. I miss these monsters already:
